Free standing build or multi tenant with or without a major anchor tenant. Competitor tenants you want to be close to or that you want to avoid. Will your inventory be delivered with a fork lift that requires a truck high dock or a ground level dock. Do you need garage type roll up doors or an elevator for your customers, deliveries and employees. Will you need high voltage electric utilities or high speed internet access. What traffic count and what demographics is your business ideally want. Do you need to be close to the airport, train station or the interstate. Are you a franchise business.
